		Poblano
1/3	c	Mayo
1/3	c	Cider vinegar
2	tb	Sugar
1	tb	Prepared mustard
1 3/16	ts	Pepper.

Mix ingredients and toss with slaw until evenly coated. Refrigerate 1 hr.
